Guido Egli - CEO

On 1 May 2006 and in addition to his duties as CEO Mövenpick Fine Foods, a function he has held since 1 July 2001, Guido Egli took over as CEO of Mövenpick-Holding.
Born and raised in Lucerne, he graduated from business school in Neuchâtel and after studying international commodities trading attended a higher college of business and administration. After lengthy stays abroad in Italy, England and Spain, he completed various executive programmes both in Switzerland and at the London Business School. Guido Egli has extensive professional experience of the international commodities business and as a specialist in consumer goods and food has held various management posts in the food industry since 1977.
